| The Vic's Neck I used the UV light on her neck and accessed the video clip... then I go over her neck to be sure and the arrow is still green and I am still able to use the tools on her neck. I have used them all and still can't figure out if I am missing something or not.. Can someone help me with this. I have solved the case several times and I can't get 100% I am not sure if this is the reason or not... I believe I have figured out everything else. |

| Hi Sadly the arrow does not nessarily stop being green if you have gotten all the evidence- it stays green unless you have picked up the evidence [so that it can't be green any more as the thing is not there  ]Getting 100% is tricky- you need to make sure all the evidence is found, and analysed by Greg, all the questions are asked, and sometimes avoiding asking Gil for help is helpful [you can by pass asking him a question in the opening tutorial by back tracking out from that asking advice view by putting your mouse to the side and clicking out.] Maybe if you post what you have found someone can shed some more advice  !
