The Swab and The Hair Sample

Ok, as i seem to have looked around the forum and it pretty seemed dead with all date of the threads but im still hoping someone can help me out. ok so i already have all the evidence and all have the yellow with red tag in it except the swab from the sink and the hair from the cloth which has a grey tag and i couldn't figure out what to do next, i tried to ask a help from grissom and he tolde me that i should let greg check it but everytime i drag the swab to greg nothing comes up when i drag the hair sample he says i should try searching for it on the microscope and im really stuck please help me.
