Stuck inn & out - getting the victim's apartment location

I've got the card from the Hotel manager, but it didn't add the address to my location bar...I've done everything else I can do, and visited the morgue, lab, and brass's office. I'm playing the xbox version of the game.

Which apartment are you looking for? the vic's friend or the girl?

There is evidence in the room that is needed to be found- have you looked on the floor behind Grissom? (hint).

Make sure you have handed all evidence you got from the hotel to Greg and analysed everything as much as possible- the game is very linear and it might be stopping you (momentarily) from getting the apartment location until all the evidence is done.

i can't seem to figure out how to go to the apartment. I have the addres, finger prints, hair, blood, skin, rap sheet, braclet, cloth, bill... what am i missing? i just wana go to the dead girls apartment. Please help me

Okay... let's backstep a little... did you show the bracelet to the vic's friend and interview her? Has Grissom advised you to ask Brass for her address?

ok, i must have been in the wrong before because that is what I'm asking for help with right now...sorry about the confusion

the xbox version of the game does not have the same tutorial as the pc version
but i know what is going on

buickdee here is what you need to do:
the hotel manager says her name is kylie
he gives you one of the victims check in cards
examine the card -enlarge it
when you do it opens the location on the card (friends apartment)
there you question the girl at the door
when you show her the bracelet found at the scene
she will tell you the victims mane is really karren yardstrum
go to brass and he will opens the victims apartment
(the victims apartment is a seperate location from the address on the check in card)

if you cannot do what i said in the order i stated, restart the case
the xbox version of the game is even more glitchy than the pc version of the game


it seems to me that you did not examine the check in card
