Problem in Case 1- kylie's computer

Hey, i have a problem, I can't click the computer!!! what can i do?

I meant the computer at the girls apartment...

hmmm - that is a problem - because when I got the green arrow to
inspect the computer, I thought I would have to press some keys, but
you don't have to do anything - you click for the zoom-in and the
info just pops up on the computer's monitor - I don't know what to tell
you other than select 'new game' and start over from scratch and
hopefully bypass the glitch the next time --- there doesn't seem to be
anyone 'in the know' monitoring this site anymore -- the only other
thing I can suggest is search through all the threads for some info
that might help ---

I am only in the beginning of Inn and Out. I have gotten to the place where I am supposed to examine the computer in Kylie's apartment, but when I click on it, I get my desktop, icons and all. I have uninstalled and re-installed, tried to go to other evidence and it tells me there is nothing more they can do. I really need to access her computer...can someone please help.

You should be able to look at the calendar on Kylie's computer- the other icons don't do anything.

I cannot get HER computer to open to anything, when I click on it, nothing happens in the game itself...my computer screen goes back to MY own icons, I can escape back out and get her blinking computer again, but I CANNOT click anywhere on it and get it to access her address book.

Hmmm- sounds like a problem with graphics engine or something- have you tried downloading and installing the patch available from the Ubisoft support site? There should be a small link in your game manual to the site.

Do try to avoid asking someone else to send you a copy of the patch though- the patch file might have been updated since the time they played the game. I played the game about 2 years ago when the game first came out, so I would hope that the patch and game have been updated since then
