Help Me!!!!!!!... getting Devon Rogers

I followed the walkthrough for Case #1 Inn and Out and I got all the way to the end and when I go to Jim Brass's Office and ask to interrogate Devon Rodgers but it doesn't pop up any questions to ask him and I can't figure out why because my sister and I followed the walkthrough step by step! Please help me I'm getting so frusterated!

I have 15 pieces of evidence and am stuck. Greg is no help, Brass or the Coroner either. I can't get to the point to interview Devon Rodgers.... HELP!!!! I have the finger prints and DNA still stuck.....

First of all, you don't really know that he kiiled her for sure...all you can do is to bring him in for questioning. And true, the evidence strongly points in his direction. All that you and Gris can do is to gather the evidence , not to prosecute.
