I am on the first case and I a Xbox 360.
I have the green check mark on the Crime scene and I have collected the stuff from the body but I can not get the warrent or the car to the garage and the golf course is not an option yet. I dont knoe what to do!! I have gotten hints and asked all the questions but I still cant get to the dolf course.

I have tested everything but the DNA and the T shirt when I try to do the T shirt it wont let me it says that I have more to do with it. Also I cant find the match to the DNA.

I have another question to, Why is the car not in thr garage yet??

Look at the plastic flake you got from the crime scene shoe print under the microscope in the regular csi lab, You should be able to find a match there (you cannot ID the plastic flake at the mobile lab because its database is not large enough).

Once you identify the flake, go to brass... He should be able to help you find the golf course (you may have to leave and come back a second time after asking him).

That should get you on your way... As for the shirt, check its breast pocket, (there is something in it) then you can analyze the shirt itself on the chemical analyzer.

P.S. the car does not come to the garage till midway though the case, and the DNA from the crime scene comes into play even later than that (so don't worry about either of them for the moment).
