Help me load the game!!

Hi

I have played all the other csi games with no problems - and thank you all for your help with the walkthroughs when i got stuck

I've just installed Hard Evidence but it wont start, telling me it couldn't find
'MSVCR71.dll'
whatever that is???

and so cant play the game.
have uninstalled and reinstalled several times, as advised.
have installed all other games on my pc and they work fine.
have searched online for other people experiencing same run fault with no avail.

can anyone help me pls??
