Help! For some reason, I can't collect the poncho from the fire temple, and I can't enhance the image I need from the security cam video. I can enhance the frame right before the one I need, but I can't advance it one more frame.

Have you received the location warrant from Brass? U have to try both plus and minus controls to get the right image. Then u will be able to enhance it.
