collected footprints and fingerprints

When I collect footprints and fingerprints into evidence they don;t show up in the comparison window--I have deleted and re-installed my game but it still doesn;t show--any suggestions--I select comparison A but it doesn't show to compare to other comparisons

That's because you're using the incorrect tool. As fingerprints and shoeprints are both Trace, then it stands to reason that the Trace Analysis Computer be utilized.
