Case 5 - Keiths involvement?

What would Keith be charged with here? As an accessory to murder or 'aiding and abetting' or something? If all he did was tidy up the crime scene and try to take the fall for his brothers I'm not sure what the exact crime is here..

Keith's blood was found on the floor near the back window and his fingerprints were found on one of the guns. And the piece of latex that was under the autograph tied the twins to the scene of the crime. But I've another question...You recall Cathy's autograph on the table--- for whom was that intended?? Certainly not the three Chuckie dolls!!!

I think the Kathy Cantata photo is just a prop to enable you to interrogate her again, but I can't remember exactly what she tells you that advances the case!

Kathy's photo is what's known as a "red herring". In fact, there's not enough red herrings in this CSI game! I want to bark up the wrong tree sometimes!

As for Keith... He'll be charged with interfering with police investigation or something like that. I'm not sure what statutes in NV law that would be. However, prosecutor will likely just let him go and not charge him at all.

I don't believe that the photo is a red herring . There has to be connection somewhere. I t wouuld be interesting if we could run a handwriting comparison test. Perhaps the photo wasn't meant for the boys but someone else?

As I recall, Kathy tells you that little Ed makes a woman hear music and tht his death is a waste and half.

The photo was possibly on Ed when he was killed, after all it is placed on the pool table next to the bra that he was inciting the triplets with? But it isn't really a red herring, like I said you can't interview Kathy unless you find it, so there must be some point to that..

I think Ed and Cathy were romantically involved, in some way... After all , he was quite the ladies man.
