I wonder when we will see Shane Casey again?

When will see Shane Casey again in the show, and when we do see him again where he will strike next?

No I'm talking about the serial killer from Episode 304, Sesaon 3 Episode four. Shane Casey who escaped custody.

Johnster is talking about the creepy brother who was killing people in horrific ways and leaving clues on tshirts alluding to the "unjust" incarceration of his brother. Shane Casey believed that his brother was innocent and the Attorney ruined the case, and his "Da Vinci code" messages/revenge killings were the only way to get people to look at the horrible mistake they made. I have a feeling that Mac will look into the brother's case [casually in between cases] as he can't stand people who get away. If the writers know they possibly have a good story line to continue, Shane should be back.

Okay. Why then is the site from last week's episode, http://www.kodecon.com still up and running on the site, with a new video preveiw for the next episode on it? Could that mean he'll be back in this Wednesday's episode?

He might be back in this week's episode- I haven't seen the spoiler yet [or at least I have forgotten if I have ] I surmise that they will leave the website up for awhile at least as the episode might not have aired internationally yet.
