| part of the debris is the main door of the plane, the handle is raised to the "open" position, and there is no damage to the bayonet pin hole in the door jam holes which means that the door was open then the plane ripped apart................this explains why the plane ripped apart in the spin, the door was hanging open the missing air tank, parachute and the open door..............did someone jump from the plane after they shot the vic?............if so that was an elaborate assination and getaway, one for the record books............but who was it _______________________ the damage to the engine is similar to the damage caused when a bird gets sucked into it, but about 20 times worse then that, and there is no blood on or in the engine the engine is much smaller that the type use on larger jets, this one is only 4 feet long and barely a foot in diameter so it is easy to pull apart, after removing the shroud you notice a hunk of metal jammed into one of the turbines................it is a gun our perp must have thrown it into the engine to get rid of it as he jumped out of the plane ------------------- Last edited by Dangerzone : July 17th, 2006 at 01:09 AM. |

| the gun is mangled and bent, but still workable it is a 45 caliber ops tatical firearm, modified to fire sprigots.............didgital scans of the barrel and of the sprigot reveal that the lethal sprigot was indeed fired from this gun the grip on the handle is made of rubber and is a magnet for prints, but since it is chewed up from the engine, a partial is the best we got although as luck would have it, both the partial from the sprigot and the partial from the gun grip are from a right thumb using a computer you notice that the 2 prints are indeed from the same thumb, and they are combined into a larger partial that should have some results from afis..................within 2 minutes it kicks out a match, Chris Thorn --------------- send in your solutions to get credit for solving the case |
