| lauren maried walter for his money and walter knew this, but he wanted a companion to live out his golden years with it was always his intentions to leave everything to his daughter but lauren put the squeeze on walter to put her in the will knowing that lauren was up to no good, he placed the bi-line in the will the day before the murder.........his alzheimers got the best of him and he ruined a friendship of many years (with rodd rabb ) earlier the next morning walter made a call to his daughter and said he wanted to move in with her......but lauren was comming to give him breakfast when she overheard the call she was outraged and did not want walter to leave her, because she would lose her crack at his money she knew about walter and rabbs fight the earlier day and that rabb had broken into the boathouse and vandalised walters boat so she hatched a plan to kill walter and frame rabb she drove to rabbs and left her car there for a quick getaway, and got a ride home off of rabb once home, she broke in the boathouse with a pair of bolt cutters that walter had borrowed off of rabb and used her army training to throw a knife at walters chest she loaded the body into the boat and covered it with the tarp she went across the lake and rigged her delay device, and made a rig to make the boat sink she then disposed of her clothes in the compactor by bruning them, and placed the bolt cutters back in rabbs boathouse finally she drove home using her car that she left in front of the compactor but walter gets the last laugh because lauren gets nothing.........except 25 to life and his daughter gets everything, just like he intended ------------- evidence: fiber from knife and fabric scrap shoe print - blood on floor mixture of vic blood and lake water - shoe partial prints - tarp, compactor, dashboard greese - car carpet and bolt cutters ------------ conclusion scene: the camera fades in as laura sits across from jason in tears with her head in her hands the photos of all the evidence are laid out across the table you are in the adjoining room and you are looking at the scene through the 1 way glass the two begin to talk but you cannot hear them because the microphone is is not on the camera pans down to see jake on the computer looking something up the camera begins to move over jakes sholder and closer to the monitor as it begins to show a result Search filtered results found 1 ___________________________ FILE 246617 Case Description Vehicular Accident Date: 11 / 27 / 2003 Victim: Jake Fairwell Case status: UNSOLVED ___________________________ - To Be Continued - CLOSED |
