| Poseidon's request ----------- 1c - What is the meaning of the trace on the bullet? ----------- the three components steel fabric glue and leather are only together in one type of object a steel toe woork boot after fragmenting on the pavement the bullet fragment impacted into the killers steel toe wook boot the metal plate in the toe of boot richoched the frag to where we found it this means the killer has a pair of boots with a dented plate in one of them, this also means the vics dna is in the dent in the killers shoe the adhesive on the frag is unique to the wolverine boot company  ----------- side question Did the bullet ricochet from the seat into his head and stay there? ----------- the original assumption was that he was shot in the car, but this was not the case the bullet richoched off the pavement he was shot while laying on his back on the pavement a small peice of the fragmented bullet bounced back into his skull the rest of the peices flew outward the peice re-entering the skull was the clue that he was shot outside the car and not inside because there is nothing inside the car that is hard enough to fragment a 9mm bullet and yes, the jacket fragment stayed in the scalp ----------- no new options are avalable Last edited by Dangerzone : February 15th, 2006 at 06:58 PM. |

| Shocker's request 2f question the van survivor ( michael christophe ) ----------- he was struck with an oval shaped object with horizontal lines he has suffered a concusion due to the blow and has no memory of what happened the perps may of believed he was dead (when he was only knocked out) a DNA sample is taken and it matches the dna on the rifle stock found under the carolla the pattern of the gun stock matches the bruise pattern on his fore head meaning his dna on the gun was from someone cold cocking him with the rifle but and not from him firing the weapon upon checking the transport roster that was clutched in his hand you find that chris micheals and him worked for a large bank called citi-funds and that they had just made their last stop before heading on to the federal reserve ------------ new option 2g go to the last stop recorded in the roster (citi-funds HQ) - ANSWERED Last edited by Dangerzone : February 15th, 2006 at 06:58 PM. |

| poseidon's request 1e) examine the victim's clothing for trace ----------- jason examines michael's clothing for trace the left sholder and collar of his shirt was torn suggesting he was pulled out of the car by his shirt no trace around the tear, meaning whoever pulled him out had gloves on the only trace on his shirt (besides blood) was a dirt stain in the center of the front of his shirt in the shape of a size 10 boot, there is enough detail in the foot print to deternime the brand, wolverine there was no bruising on the body for the boot print, this means it was not a kick or stomp, it was someone holding down the vic with their shoe before they shot him since the shoe brand matches on both the ballistics and shoe traed evidence it stands to reason that whoever pulled russel out of the car also shot him |
