Phone in Lou's office?

I am unable to click onto the phone in Lou's office to pick it up, so I can't move on. I don't get a hot spot, so where do I need to click to get the phone. The tool box stays grey near the phone and not green. Thanks.

As far as I remember you don't actually get the phone from Lou's office, just like the one on the table in Michael's apartment in the 'Daddy's Girl' case.. It's known as Product Placement
