New Locations Won't Come Up!

I've looked online for walkthroughs and everything. I've looked at the body and got all the evidence and talked to the woman. I went to the Mobile and did the DNA on blood and Trace on the fingerprint. The DNA is supposed to bring up new locations [Morgue. Lab, and Brass's Office], but it doesn't say 'New Locations Added!'. I'm stuck! Is this a game glitch?

from what i recall... doing those 2 things will trigger the opening of the other csi lab locations

why dont you try try making the 2 matches again...

Mayas fingerprints > fingerprint from assault rife
Victims blood > Blood from floor

or you could try restarting the case again (you are not too far into it) something may have gotten corrupted with you game save, but most likely you just did not make the right match

make sure you are comparing the right blood and the right fingerprints at the mobile lab

Have you photographed the victim and collected the evidence on him and nearby him? Have you asked Doc Robbins if he'll allow for the victim's body to be brought to the morgue?

Crap! This happened to me too and I can't remember exactly what I did to fix it >< I restarted the case, but don't bother because that isn't what fixed it for me (that much I do remember)

I went here and searched and came up with an answer in one of the threads.
I *think* you have to do something with the microscope equipment? I could be wrong, but, I can tell you that it definitely involves the mobile lab so just try to search everything that is searchable and make all the connections. I will try to see if I can find the thread for you in the meantime.

Ok, found the thread it was right under this one.
Anyway, it's like I thought.
The microscope was the problem for me. You have to examine the bullet under the microscope. Apparently you're not supposed to "have" to at that point in the game, but for me that is what fixed the problem of not having the rest of the locations available.

I can't ask Robbins if he can bring the body because i can't leave the mobile.

First, document the body and its position in relation to the crime scene. Then , look for any kind of identification on the body as well as any evidence on and nearby the victim. Once that's been done,then you'll be able to ask Doc Robbins if he will allow for the victim's body to be brought to the morgue. After this, you can start interviewing witnesses.
