Stuck! Hotel Room & brush

I cannot open the location Hotel Room even thoug ive asked Brass all the questions. he open only location to artist studio.
How do i get him to open the Hotel Room?

Also, i only got the cassette tape from the artist, he missed the brush.
How do i get the brush?
