I can't get the doc to say anything about the truck that he owns, but I can't do anything anywhere else.

You might have:

-missed some evidence at the demonstration gardens or at the casino
-missed comparing to searching some evidence in the computer- make sure you have compared the tread from the casino loading dock to the one from the gardens.
-missed asking questions to Leda (pharmacy) or to Brass

I Can't Even Get This Case On A Roll I Have Tried Everything And Nothing Will Happen I Get The Voice Recording And Then Go To Grishams Office, Then I Go Back To The Lab And The Guy There Say's That Will Do For Now And I Can Not Seem To Be Able To Do Anything Else Can Somebody Pleease Help Me

You need to go to the lab and try listening to the recording on the computer. Once you have done so, Warrick will get you the location.

I have tried everything I can think of to try and play the audio file required to kick off the case. NOTHING happens! Anyone know what the problem is? Of course the game does NOT progress without playing the file. So essentially the game is locked up...

In the PC version, to play the audio file, you need to go to the lab computer and click on parts of the file [they highlight when your mouse goes over it] to play parts of the audio recording. There should be a similar action with the XBOX version and other XBOX players have progressed beyond that point, so there must be a way to do it. I can not recall if there is a play button on the XBOX version or not. Have you tried selecting parts of the file, pressing the action button (X?) more than once?

Yes, I have tried to press "x" on different parts of the audio file. Even more than once. There is not a play button on the xbox version. I tried all of the buttons pressing them once, and more than once. Nothing highlights or changes color when I move the pointer.

Are there any buttons on the screen at all? I can't remember what the XBOX lab computer interface looks like. You should be able to click on different parts of the audio clip to play them- I don't believe parts highlight or change colour when you move the pointer. Have you tried starting the case over? [it might be just a random game loading glitch that happened]
