SOmeone please help Case 1

Stuck on case one on the xbox we are unable to pick up the fragment of cloth it will only allow us to collect the hair we cannot bring up the detection/collection icon to collect the cloth please help thanks

I think you're supposed to be able to collect the cloth with the gloves. You might need to back out of the close up view which you picked up the hair.
