Help on case #7- combining the partial finger prints

I purchased my copy of CSI for the Xbox used from the game store. Unfortunately it didn't come with a book, which made it a real pain to figure out the controls. I've been able to figure most of them out, except for now I'm stuck on case 7. I know I need to drag all the partial prints and put them together to make a full print.. I just can't figure out how to do that?? How do I put the partial prints together to make a full print??

To put the partials together, you need to get one of them in the information windows [just like you did with the spring pieces in case 6]- highlight once of the partial prints in the first evidence tab and click the "y" button. Then drag another partial print onto it and press the "A" button. To join them to the spray can print, make sure you are trying to combine the prints themselves, not the glass and can.

Or, since you have the XBOX version, you could also try giving the partials to Greg- give Greg all three partial prints in succession and he will put them together for you. Lucky XBOX-ers!
