we are stuck on this level of the csi game we have put the spring together and relooked over every place and we still cant solve it we dont know what to do plz someone help!!!!

Are you playing the XBOX version or the PC version? For the most part, the first case is very similar in both editions, so if you are stuck, you can look at the threads in the PC Case help forum for Daredevil Disaster [CSI: Dark Motives] for some tips.

You can also post your questions here about the case... it is easier though if you post the evidence you do have and the locations you have been to- it's easier to guess then what you haven't done yet Warrants you have are also very good to know.

Some tips some players have forgotten...

-be sure to look at the computers [Leslie's and Cory's] for info that links them together.
-check back with Ace for new questions that pop up
-look at the ramp at the accident site twice as the first viewing gives you a recreation video, the second time Catherine notices something different. Check out photo #4 under the microscope after the second viewing.
-compare and search all fingerprints- be sure not to miss one!
-There is a lot of evidence on the bike and at Vegas Motorcycle, so be very thorough there.

we have tried to do everything on that list and nothing will give we are playing the xbox version i dont know what else to do

Daredevil Disaster Evidence Listing

Double check it to make sure you have all the evidence listed. It does not say what to do with the evidence, just what you need to have looked at and what you needed to have picked up.

If you haven't found it all, you can post here for tips on what steps you might have missed.

on the evidence it says to view the traffic cones what does it want us to view? is there more clues on them? they still wont give us a warrant for corey we have fingerprints on him also. were so lost in what to do the list kind of helped but we dont know where the rest is thank u for helping so much

You need to have looked at the thread going between the traffic cones- nothing to pick up (hence it only says view).

For Cory's warrant, you need to have gotten everything on Leslie [they are connected]. Things to get Cory are the emails on his computer, the emails on Leslie's computer, seeing the letter on his desk, proving that the bike was rigged (photo #4), and matching his fingerprint (Vegas Cycle display case and on the money envelope).

Are you missing any evidence from the list? If you are, you can include them in your next post- it's easier to give you advice once I know what it is you are missing.

we have all the evidence and we have done everything it is telling us to do in that list. i thank you for all your help but we really dont know what else to do we havnt tried anymore lately. we cant prove that the bike was rigged by photo # 4 because it wont let us do anything on that picture for some reason.

If you are not getting Catherine's revelation from looking at Photo 4, you have missed looking at the ramp at the accident scene the second time- you need to have looked at it twice. Also double check to see if Ace and David have nothing more to say and than you have everything from the bike. But I suspect you didn't look at the ramp twice- the first time you look, you get the video of what should have happened, but you need to look again for Catherine to figure out what really did happen. Then go look at photo 4 in the microscope again.

ok we have done the stuff with the ramp we remember doing that but with the bike it lights up when we put it on the bike but when we go to it it dont point out anything

Hotspots for evidence in the game will continue to light up even after you have collected the evidence there, so that is not a good indicator for things you might have missed. If photo 4 is still not giving you the new information, then you might be missing evidence from either the trailer or the bike itself. Double check to make sure you have all the evidence from the accident scene, and if any of the characters have anything else to say [besides Catherine, of course].
