I also have the XBOX version. I have the same problem, tryng to get the piece of vinyl. But when I went to my eveidence it was there. I don't know how it got there b/c I know I did not pick it up! Hope this helps you, it didn't me I am still stuck!

Another one here too! I sent ubisoft an email and got the reply back to call the help center (at $2.48per minute, I got the game new for $25). I know what to do! I have re-started that level a few times and get stuck right there the arrow turns green and then thats it. I also think it unusual that CSI on XBOX is not on ubisofts game list, it only shows the PC versions. Maybe they know it is full of bugs and have denied it's existence?

**EDIT** I just saw in one of the closed topics (and the post above) that apparently even though the bag can't be selected the vinyl will be in the inventory when you return to the lab. I will check this out tonight.

**EDIT-AGAIN** I tried that hint on the closed section (and the above post) about the vinyl "just" turning up, nope no good. Just feel I got jipped by this game.

Picking up the vinyl does seem to be very elusive in the XBOX version- I'm guessing because it's pretty much the last thing you need to do to finish off the game [everything following will be very easy in comparison]. Do keep trying- fiddling with it. Have you sprayed the bag first? Sometimes video games have this stupid order they want you to jump through first.

I have emailed ubi-soft on this one they are not aware of this bug and claim no-one has ever contacted them about this problem. I have re-started this level I know it forwards and backwards but I keep getting the same outcome, hi-lighted arrow, no tool bar and no vinyl mysteriously turning up. I feel very ripped off over this.

As title states has anyone finished this game on XBOX? I got another email back from ubisoft saying they had no problems playing the game. They asked about my XBOX which is standard and uses all microsoft branded controllers (yes they asked about that).

So has anyone finished this game on XBOX? This is in referal to the whole dragon and droppin' vinyl bag in the funeral home bin trick.

so you have managed to get that far? i'm stuck on Miss Direction. I have restarted twice and have now done everything the walkthroughs say up to the part where you are meant to ask Brass whether the husband had a degree. It won't give me that question and i'm getting really frustrated. I'm glad i only payed AUD$20 for it. I shall try again but any help would be much appreciated.

Yea from memory you have to go and interview people again, just interview everyone to see if they have anything else to say. The second part of this game (as in dark motives) is really particular in the way you play it. I played one episode a particular way had ALL the evidence up to that point but it wouldn't let me go furthere. I started again and played it as per walkthrough and it went ok? So yea good luck with it.

There have been tales of people successful in getting the vinyl, but no one has ever revealed how they did it. Unfortunately it seems to be the last things that stops people from finishing the XBOX version of the game :*(
