well they used to fit 5 cases on 3 cds now they have 5 on 4 cds what does that tell you about the length of this game also you may as well say 6 case for the pc version because they have an extensive training level (the processing of evidence in this game is very complex) the training level does not have a story but you view every aspect of the game including a autopsy (you dount cut open the person) but you can do a lot more in there than in previous games and this is not a repeat of the training level in the miami game (wich was a waste in my opinion) in short if it is in the game you learn how to do\use it you can also subtract this as one of the x360 stories (because they included it in the count) so the xbox 360 version has 8 "actual" cases they counted the training level in the xbox version but not the pc version in those numbers i gave you |

No problem. I have to say I'm surprised such a recent computer wouldn't come with one unless otherwise requested, but you could get one pretty inexpensively for newer games. Still, that's money you probably wouldn't want to spend just to run a game. I was basing my venting off of what was said about cutting out cases because six cds were too expensive and people "weren't ready" for DVD games yet, whatever that means. The XBOX360 gimmick adds another, even more irritating layer to it. |

Udvarnoky i thought i had this somewhere in my previous posts but i didnt anyway, the game will be a dual format game it will be on both cd and dvd the cd version is 4 cds the dvd version is one dvd-5 disc (the ones that only hold 4.5gb and not 7.5bg like a normal movie dvd ) but they run no problem in a standard dvd drive but, the only reason i believe they have it on both formatts is the size of the game (if it would of been any larger it would only be on dvd) my earlier posts were misleading i made it seem like they were going to go one way "or" the other but they were always going to have a dvd version and the size of the game was so close to the cd size border they wanted to see if they could make it be on both formatts Last edited by Dangerzone; February 1st, 2006 at 06:28 PM. |

So wait...the game is going to be released simultaneously in both formats, and both will have to same content. I misunderstood. This is what I was referring to from your post in the other thread: Quote:
EDIT: Okay, saw your edit. Thanks for the clarification. So the "extra" content was never intended in the first place. |
