help crash

I am supposed to post this here:

but it goes "page not found"

So... I am starting case 5 and during loading the game returns this error:

"Startup failure.
Script runtime error: Handler not found in object"

i believe that forum link was for our old tech support forum, sadly we no longer offer tech support

for the csi miami game you will have to contact ubisoft support at www.ubi.com (due to the fact that the developer of the first 3 csi games (369 interactive) has gone out of business

can you tell me which sticky that forum was linked to? so i can make the correction

P.S. it sounds like one of two things... A. your game did not install properly, try reinstalling, and make sure you are running the game with disc 1 in the drive or B. you are playing on vista... cause vista is not too friendly with these games, and requires a lot of finesse to get them working properly
