How do I get Sanchez's fingerprint?

I need help with getting the fingerprint from Sanchez. I have talked to Alex about everything and determined the angle of impact. I have reconstructed the glass and gotten the fingerprint from it. I have examined the victim thoroughly and gotten the business card microsil impression, business card and residue from the shoe. I have gotten the bolt and light from the dance club. I have had everything examined in the lab and looked at everything through the computer/microscope that could be further examined. I have spoken to everybody.

What do I need to do to get Sanchez to give me his fingerprints? Please help. I followed the walkthrough but I must be missing something. Please help me. What am I missing to get Sanchez's fingerprints. I am very confused as to what to do right now.
