Get Sanchez' bank records

Hi all; i am getting so angry because, i can't get Sanchez' bank records.. I started the case over 2 times.. then i checked the walkthroughs.. i am always stuck same evidence.. i've all evidence. my problem is that, i asked the to get Sanchez' bank records to yelina then she start to talk about the car then i didn't get anything.. i take all evidence from car from bar etc.. only problem i dont have bank report.. is this a bug? because i asked to get bank record to yelina.. please help me i dont want to start over.. the sequence of the evidence or questions can not be change the solution.. pleaseee help meee..

and i cant get a $100.. is this in the 3000$ from sanchez' car? i got money from his car but i cant do anything with them..
