Beer Mug in case 2

I have come to a complete halt in this case and just spotted what looks like a bloodstain on the lip of the beer mug in the evidence window but none of the tools will work with it. Am I right about this and if so can you only swab the stain before picking the mug up?

I only had to ask for a warrant to search the Microbrewery to progress..sometimes its easy to overlook the obvious things
