Then , re-check your evidence (which means comparing and re-comparing DNA, fingerprints, pieces of plastic.) Also, make sure you've been to every location possible.

I've tried all that too, the only evidence that couldn't be compared is the blood DNA, it says there is no matches for that. The two pieces of plastics are not the same, which means they need to be compared to something else. I've went to all locations, even the Morgue, Lab, and Warrant's, but still nothing.

Yes...I did! I went back and checked and realized that even though I knew what the pieces of hairs were, I forgot to matche them to each other! Thanks so much! I finally got through the first case with a Master ranking and ready for the second case! I'm so glad you all are here to help when others need it! Thanks!
