Disapointed -finished CSI (LV Original) game thoughts

Is it just me or was anyone else just a tiny bit disappointed in the game? I wanted to find the evidence not have the cursor find it for me.

If by the cursor finding evidence you mean turning green....you can turn that off in your options....then it lets you find it all on your own...gl!!!

Hello all!!!

I know this is an old thread, but I just discovered this forum and haven't found how to turn off the "green assist" arrow.

Is this the first or second game? If the first, do u have to install the patch?

To turn off the green assist, go to the options screen in any of the games- no patch needed. I believe in Dark Motives to turn it off, you basically need to increase the difficulty in which you are playing at [ie. expert mode has different settings from the default beginner mode]. You can also customize it by clicking things on or off.

I`m also disappointed that the cursor turns into green when finding an evidence. I didn`t know that you can change this in the option. Now I already know where all evidences are but I`m happy to know that with the option right now because I wanna buy the second CSI game .

The second game is more sophisticated and expects more of you.

The first one was relatively easy. But I already heard that Dark Motives shall be much better .
