Cannot type in File Name

When I try to start a new game, I am unable to type in a File Name. The game doesn't freeze, I can still click cancel and go through the other screens on the menu, but for some reason I cannot type into the textbox.

I am using the version of Quicktime that comes with the game (v6.1). I've tried it with the most recent version (7.5 I think), but I get a "Property not Found" error. My video card drivers are also up to date.

Does anyone have a solution? I've tried contacted UbiSoft but they haven't replied.

Failing that, can anyone send me their save file, so I can use that to play the cases?
