Hi. first want to thank all of the CSI's for assisting with your post. I am having a hard time getting the print lifted off the photo. I dusted it and not able to lift. Im stuck, plz help

Good for you that you found the print! It took me a while to find it

You don't need to "lift" the print- just dust it and then hand the photo to Greg- he'll do the lifting in the lab, and scan it into the computer for you. He's handy

I've compared the print from the photo in the computer. I think I've found a match (with Chris Atchison?), but Grissom keeps telling me to look better. But after I've tried al five of them he says: There might be one in this group that make a match. Well, I can't find it. But I can't get one of them confirmed. What am I doing wrong. Please help!

Make sure you checked all of them- Dominic should be one of the options- do that one last. Grissom will tell you when it's a match, so make sure you listen carefully- I think there were a few users from long ago where the game didn't do the voice over and those people were confused whether they had matched them [which they did].

I've just managed to get into to the Cirque office. Have found the note paper and then done redial on phone, asked Ziegler about phoning that other fella. Also collected the jacket and picked up the photo. Gave the photo to Greg who scanned it into microscope thing. Can't seem to move forward from here. Whilst in with Greg i also double clicked the photo and dusted it for a print....the print came up but when i then try to pass the photo to greg he says he's done all he can think off with it. When i then re-look at the photo, the fingerprint isnt illuminated so i have tried and tried but can't seem to get this fingerprint to greg for scanning into data base. What am i doing wrong?

Sometimes you need to quit and come back to the game and try dusting the print again- it's a weird quirk that sometimes happens.

When dusting, make sure that you get all of it to show up. Look at it again in the microscope and then try handing it to Greg. Hopefully that will work and you will be able to move on in the case
