help...can't get a warrant for Gus

I have re-started four times. I have followed the walk-through twice. I have the following evidence:
-UV on the bruise
-swab of blood
-Squib
-prop gun
-both prop bullets
-X mark on the ground
-swab of water
-finger print
-location of the tool
-cross trainer
-photo
-fingerprint on box
-fragments with cinching
-barrell powder
-Mikrosil mold
-device print (Gus' Print)
-detonator

According to the walk through this should allow me to get the warrant but even with all the information from the others saying Gus was there Brass says I don't have enough to put him at the Crime scene. And Nick still won;t acknowledge the bruise.

Make sure you have talked to the actress and the husband as much as possible- their questions and answers also help to get Gus in for interrogation.

The husband and actress won't speak to me anymore. :-( I am really at a loss as to what I may have missed here. I will try starting over again but this case is really whipping me. I flew through the others without the walk-through (once I figured out the controls) but this one is stalling me. And Nick is still being blind about the bruise. *shakes head*

Nick definitely has to say something about the bruising- are you sure you have exposed the whole bruise using the UV? You can do it again in the morgue. Have you also looked at the photo under the microscope?

You are probably missing something very small somewhere. Does Doc Robbins have anything else to say? or Brass?

Have you zoomed in on the bullet fragments Doc Robbins gave you? - I'm confused as to which bullets from the prop room you do have [hopefully you have the .22 calibre]

If you have matched the detonator print to Gus' fingerprint and seen his rap sheet, you should be able to get Gus in for interrogation.
