Need help, stuck again!

Im stuck on this game AGAIN! I've used walkthroughs for the first 2 cases for the last little details that i could not get past, and i just printed out the 3rd one but before i read it to see what i've missed i thought i'd try here first. I got a bunch of locations, the dig site, the psycic lady's place, the previous owner's apartment and i think that it. I've got a bunch of evidence and talked to everyone, i already talked to the archiological specialist guy from the university, but i cant find anything else, can someone help?

Have you checked out the birds nest and the tyre tracks under that tree?

yes but i cant do anything with the birds nest it says not to disturb it and the tire tracks are too weathered to get any positive matches

Theres also a piece of flint in the same area that brings into question whether its a Paiute burial site but I assume you have that..right, in order to advance you need to get access to the trailer that Adam Kilborn sold to John Montana. You find that out by talking to Montana about the bogus land assessment he did for Kilborn, once he tells you about the trailer you can get a warrant for it from Brass..

If Montana isn't saying anything you have either missed a piece of evidence or not finished processing something, did you get the land assessment disk from Kilborn's apartment?

i got it now, i looked through the walkthrough in the parts that i had already done and there was some little thing that i missed i guess, i dont even remember, and then i got through the rest.
