HELLP!!!!! with case 3

Hi, I have a problem,with case 3. I have collected the bird nest and ran it from the egg spatter from the trailer, I have match the treads from the vic to the carpet in the trailer, I have found the blood but I am not able to get the soap from the cabnet. I have talk to john but can not get a warrent for the guy in the apartment house. I ran the blood on the staute in the apartment grab the paper and the axe. match all DNA's and all fibers and all bloods. John has stated that the trailer had belong to the other guy and I can not get a warrent for him, I have even followed a walktrhough step by step and still no warrent. somebody hellp please, if you can get the soap figure from the trailer tell me how because the gloves are not working. p.s. I also got and ran the tire threads from the trailer and the the work site

You just need to look at the soap sculptures from the trailer. Have you checked out the shovel in the trailer? [spray for a sample]
