I asked all the questions as they appeared, then zoomed in on the stomach, but no reverse peristalsis video launched. will this be a problem later?

This isn't very helpful, but...I don't know I DO know that I have finished every case in all of the CSI series and had a few problems with the cutscene not showing in some of them, but it didn't seem to make any difference. Keep playing and see how you get on.
