Big Wheelchair problem!!!

I have a really BIG problem, I can't find the serial number.
Everywhere I go, I always read that you must use the Mikrosil under the fingerprint, so I do that.
But I can't find it and I used everything, can someone please help me??

I can use a little help or never gonna play this game out!

zoom out so you can see the whole chair.. then look on the right side of the back of the chair... its hard to see, but there is a worn down serial number on the side tube of the chair
