Nintendo DS Leslie won't talk

I can't get Leslie to talk to me the second time. I have compared Leslie's fingerprint to the print on the kosawa tool. I have combined the broken spring with the other piece and had it examined. I have had all the pieces of evidence examined, compared all the fingerprints to each other, compared the two tire treads to each other and to the other tire treads, read the encrypted code, everything I can think of.

The lady CSI is no help either. When I ask her for a hint she just says " There must be some clues on the broken beta tape images if we can find a clear picture." or something like that. So I checked the broken beta tape images and checked number four. All it will let me do is look at image number four, I can't zoom in on it or anything else. After looking at all the images from the broken beta tape under the microscope, Leslie still won't talk, and the female CSI still tells me to look at the beta tape images(the exact same message).

What do I have to do to get Leslie to talk about her fingerprint matching the print on the kosawa tool? What am I doing wrong? Please help me. I am starting to get really frustrated with this game. I am really stumped right about now.
