Somewhere in your computer settings, you can adjust how much memory programs such as windows can use.
Other than that, you can try to limit the amount of programs that are running in the background while you are playing games so that the CSI game will have more memory space to work with. You can try looking at the Task Manager [accessible by pressing CTRL-ALT-DELETE once] to see how many programs are running. Programs that are not needed can be safely turned off, freeing up more memory space. Programs that should and must be left on include explorer [the windows one, not IE], antivirus [hopefully you're not using a memory hog like Norton] and systray [windows interface]. If you have a firewall, you should leave that up if you are still connected to the internet.
If you do not have very much RAM memory, [under 512], it is difficult for many of the newer video games to play on your computer. This problem will increase as more games get more sophistocated graphically, etc.
I would also suggest restarting your computer before you play CSI so that the game as as much free memory as possible [rather than using a lot of applications for work, etc. and then play].
