Reputation scale: what is it and how can I get some reputation around here?

It's hard getting a reputation up... even me- the sole moderator active on this site- has no reputation :(....... !






UPDATE: The reputation scales are working (this is an old thread after all).

Users can raise the reputation of others by clicking on the justice scale icon on the top right of a person's post. You can only "recommend" or "raise a person's reputation" once on each post- if you want to give them more, you'll need to find another one of their helpful friendly posts and click the icon on that one.
