New csi game arriving in november ubisoft annonced a few months ago that they are working on a console version of three dimensions of murder. while nothing new is expected of the game, some changes are bound to occur that will make the game play more fun and exciting you can read the original news articleHere the new version of the game will be released for the playstation 2 on november 14th 2006 since no major news has been released from ubisoft or telltale games, we can assume that telltale games still have the gaming rights for the csi franchise, and that they are working on a new title right now. and we should also begin seeing news of a new game after the PS2 TDOM has been released in november

I personally would love to see Telltale develop the next CSI, however I don't think we should assume anything at this point. Right now Telltale is focusing fully on its "Sam & Max" games, putting their Bone games on hold and presumably any other projects that are on their plate until the series is done in April. While it's possible they're working on CSI behind the scenes, I think it's unlikely we'll a Spring release for the next CSI if Telltale is still the developer. I'd love to hear some news that suggest otherwise though, because I want Telltale to make the next CSI.

Interesting observation: Greg Land, the lead designer on CSI, was nowhere to be found on the Sam & Max episode 1 credits. Was he busy working on another project? Or am I just overly optimistic and reading too much into it? (By the way, I highly recommend checking out Sam & Max when it's released on Telltale's site November 1st - it's a hoot and a half.)

I am so ready for a new CSI game on any console (prefer PC tho). I'm hoping there'll be a few more episodes, tho. Five is great and I understand that there's a lot that goes into making a game, but just wish it would take longer to solve. the new changes in the interface in TDOM are great and I think they should keep it in any future games. Hope to see some news on the about a new game in the not-too-distant future.
