Can't get Crime Scene Investigation to reinstall

Hi, I'm new to the game but I love them I have already went throught Dark motives, and hard evidence. But I have a problem with this one. I am using windows vista,32bit, when I try to install the game I get a script error in French no less. Can someone out there tell me what the heck I'm doing wrong so I can solve some more crimes?
