Stuck!!!- Kylie's Computer calendar

I am really close to solving this case, BUT I got stuck in Karen Yardstorm's apartment. I can pull up the computer schedule, and Catherine says it needs further looking at. In the walkthrough, it says it's automatically added to your evidence, but it isn't happening when I do it. This is all that is standing between me and solving the case. I've even started the case over twice to try to do this, but still nothing. I haven't had any other problems with the game. No error messages or anything.

So? Do you have the list? Or does it say it was added to your inventory (aka "evidence") but it isnt/doesnt show up?

If you have it, scan it into the computer (like u did in case #1).

If you don't, try installting the patch.. if you already did that... Ask catherine if you can change the operating system

I don't have the list, and it never said it was added. When I pull it up on the computer, Catherine says "we need to narrow these down." but it doesn't do anything.

I have not installed the patch, because I haven't had any trouble at all in the 2 days that I've solved the other 4 cases.

So I need to definetly install the patch?

How do you ask Catherine about operating systems...is that just an question option when you go to her for a hint?

I don't remember the order in which I collected the evidence, so forgive me if this sounds silly.

Have you already established Leda's maiden name? Otherwise, you won't be able to make heads or tails of the list ...

i have the same prob. havent found her maiden name nor do i know where 2 find it. it doesnt say in the walkthrough either.

try going back to Leda's apartment and checking out the photo album you might get your answers there

I have got to the computer in the apartment and I am having problems with the print out. I have read the walkthrough and it says that it prints automatically but it isn't working, anyone any ideas, it is really annoying.

U dont see it print out...itll just be in ur inventory automatically....u should see the "evidence added" or whatever on the bottom of ur screeen

It hasn't worked - it doesnt seem to do it automatically - it is not in my evidence!

when you were at the computer, did you make sure to click the 'my cheduler" icon?
