Case #5- Heard about Leda's dad, the truck is gone... now what?

I have trudged through this entire game and now, I can't even finish it. I go to Leda to talk to her about her father's suicide...then I go back to Brass. He won't help me. So, I go back to Leda...and BOOM...there is the conversation about her father's suicide again. I keep going in this circle with no hint of this game continuing. Is anyone else having a problem with this? HELP! This game was far more trouble than it was worth.

Did brass look for the missing truck? He should call for it.
Did you get the sample from the hotel room, next to the window?
Did you get the prints on the photo album in leda apartement?

Yes, I did all of those things. It just keeps repeating the conversation with Leda about her father's suicide and the connection with Benedetti. I don't know what is wrong, but this isn't the first issue I've had with this game. Thanks though!

Arghhhh I'm stuck on case 5. I know about the stolen truck, but brass wont talk about it... am i missing something about her dad because I swear i collected all the evidence i could help!

Have you collected the burned note from Champaign Hotel(don't forget to spray it with Ninhydrin beforehand because it will have set of partials with which you will be able to compare with those Brass gave you)Also, don't forget the old newspaper clipping! Go to the Lab's computer and it will tell you about a drug raid on Sophia Benedetti's home. As for the truck, first thing you should do is to ask Brass for the identitical set of tire tracks with which you can compare the ones you already have.
