How to get the home address of the doctor

I have followed the walk though, however when asked to get plaster of tire mark in the gardens I am unabe to do so. I have interviewed the pharmist what am I missing?

When you interviewed the pharmacist, did you ask her about the prescriptions? (It's been a while since I played no. 1, so I'm just thinking back.)

You have to go to the Physician's Office first. I also followed the walkthrough, but it neglects to tell you to go to Wilkinson's Office. When you talk to him at his office he tells you to go to his home and talk to his wife. However, I did do the walkthrough step by step as it is posted and can only get 96%. Therefore, the walkthrough is definietly missing something.
