Getting woman's bruise

I am having difficulty figuring out how to lift the woman's bruise under her nose. I tried using the tweezers, but it told me to try a similar tool. I then tried every other tool but they all said "You can't use that here". What tool am I supposed to use to lift this evidence?

it's not a bruise, its an allergic reaction and al tells you about it and gives you nasal swabs
