Evidence past and present CherryTerry,
Just take the I.D. from the car using the latex gloves. Nick will , at this point, cast doubt about it belonging to a 72 year old cop. Take it to the Lab and show it to Greg who will comment that it's a forgery but a good one. Do a Lexis search in the computer. Nick will say that he doesn't like where this going because it's deja vu all over again. Subsequently, he will mention a few of the pieces of evidence that were in the policeman's car at the time of his death. He will also say something about going back to the murder scene to retrieve the murder weapon because it was hidden from view.
Also, did you spray Luminol on the drivers seat? Swab it for a sample. What about the pad on the passenger side? Also somewhat important!
Did you make a mikrosil mold of the officer's wound? Did you look up close with your scope at the iron rod? A pale red wool thread got snagged on the tire iron. Uze the tweezers to gather for evidence. Then , with the latex gloves, take the tire iron itself. |
