| Hi
Some tips to getting 100% in Case 3 Garvey's Beat are
-make sure all evidence is with a red tag before you finally interrogate Franklin. If there are still red tags around, compare everything you can until they are no longer red. If there is still a red tag, perhaps you are missing some small thing that would finish it.
-another tip would be hand any grey or yellow tag evidence back to Greg again- I believe the ID tag has some more information Greg can get off of it.
-some things in the case are for looking only and might have been missed- ie. in Jack Riley's home, look at his bulletin board on the wall behind his computer.
-some small questions might be left over- for example, a question for Jack Riley might be left- he has a horrible habit of only giving a little bit of info at a time, so it's easy to miss a question. You might have also missed a cut scene you get when you revisit Riley.
-Make sure you've interrogated every possible suspect so you can rule them out. The Grad Student is ruled out by his DNA sample, and sweater sample. Jack Riley also needs to be checked out and ruled out, so don't miss interrogating him just because you have your sight set on Professor Franklin
-really make sure all the prints, treads and dandruff DNA are compared to each other [even though intuitively you know they won't match]- guess it doesn't hurt to be thorough.
-in this CSI game, missed evidence can not be refound- eg. if you missed something on a sweater, or gun etc. you can't get the evidence later. [Thankfully the Dark Motives and Miami game fixed this annoyance.] Make sure you get all the evidence possible off a large piece of evidence before you pick it up, just in case you missed some small thing.
-if all else fails, take a look at the recreation videos- do you have them all? If not, visit Doc Robbins again in case you missed one.
-and if that fails, haul that grad student back in for interrogation, maybe he has something to tell you.
Hope this helps- it's been a year since I played the game, so memory is not as fresh as it could be. I'm thinking of replaying the game again soon.
