Sometimes you need to quit and come back to the game and try dusting the print again- it's a weird quirk that sometimes happens.
When dusting, make sure that you get all of it to show up. Look at it again in the microscope and then try handing it to Greg. Hopefully that will work and you will be able to move on in the case
