| that's true- however, it depends on how much posting you want on the offtopic forum, with it all the way down at the bottom by itself. Also a tag board is more useful for short messages, while the off topic forum is for longer posts- eg. tag board would be more for hi how are you? messages while off topic more for my favourite show is, what is yours and why types of thing.
Another thing I miss is the country flags in the poster's info. Don't really know why!
