2y examine the area around the area the gazebo for whatever soaked the gazebo

rear the gazebo is a small spicket on a pipe comming out of the ground
a garden hose is a attached to the open valve
and the hose is wrapped around a small clamp on a post right up against the water pipe
the post and pipe are both 2 feet tall
and the small clamp on the post is ment to be locked with a small padlock
but, the padlock is laying on the ground and the clamp is open
